┱ _ _' Ek martaba Hazrat Umme Qais Raziyallahu Anha Apne ek doodh pite Bachche ko Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki khidmat mai le kar aayi , Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne usko Apni goad mai bitha liya , Bachche ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke Kapdo per Peshaab Kar diya, Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Khud hi usko Paak farmaya _," *( Mishkaat )*

┱_ Ek martaba Hazrat Anas Raziyallahu Anhu Ka chhota Bhai Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki khidmat mai laya gaya, Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne us Bachche se farmaya - Ey Abu Umer Tumhari Wo Chidiya Kya Hui ? Us Bachche ke paas ek Chidiya thi Jisse Khelta Tha ,Wo Mar gayi to Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne esa farmaya -," *( Bukhari v Muslim )*

┱_ Hazrat Bara'a Raziyallahu Anhu farmate hai'n k Mai'ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ko dekha ( Aapke Nawaase ) Hasan bin Ali Raziyallahu Anhu Aapke Kaandhe per they ,Us Waqt Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ye Dua farma rahe they- Ey Allah ! Mai'n isse Muhabbat karta hu'n Aap bhi isse Muhabbat farmaiye _," *( Bukhari)*

__ Fir us Aurat ki sift batate hue irshad farmaya k Siyaah Rukhsaro wali Aurat se wo Aurat muraad Hai Jo Sahibe Haisiyat aur Khoobsurat thi ,Apne Shohar se Bewa ho gayi aur usne Apne Yateem Bachcho ki Parwarish ke liye Apne Nafs ko ( Doosra Nikaah karne se ) roke rakha , Yaha'n Tak k Wo Bachche bade ho Kar usse Juda ho gaye ( Yani Khidmat ke mohtaaj na rahe ) Ya Wafaat pa gaye _,"

┱ Aapas Ke Nibaah Ka Koi Raasta nahi raha aur Talaaq Deni hi ho to esa Kare k Jis Zamane mai Aurat Paak ho Yani Haiz se na ho us Zamane mai Ek Talaaq Saaf Lafzo mai de de ,is tarah se ek Ruju'i Talaaq ho jayegi ,Jiska matlab ye Hai k iddat ke andar andar Ruju karne Yani Lauta lene Ka Haq rehta Hai ,

┱ Ek Talaaq Ruju'i dene ke Baad Fir chahe to Ruju Kar le aur Ruju ke liye Aurat ki Razamandi bhi zaruri nahi Hai , Aurat chahe na chahe Mard Ruju Kar Sakta Hai , Zubaan se Sirf ye Keh dene se  k *"Maine Apni Bivi ko Lauta liya ,"* isse Ruju Sahi ho jata hai, Agar Do Gawaho ke saamne esa kahe to behtar Hai taki Ruju karne na karne ke bare mai ikhtilaf ho Jaye to Gawaho ke zariye Ruju Ka saboot Diya ja sake ,

"__ Agar Kisi ne Talaaq e Ruju'i ke baad iddat ke andar Koi esa Kaam Kar liya Jo Miya Bivi ke darmiyan hota Hai to is tarah bhi Ruju ho jayega , isko Ruju bil Fayl kehte hai'n aur Zubaan se Lauta lene ko Ruju bil qaul kehte hai'n ,

┱ Agar kisi ne Talaaq e Ruju'i dene ke Baad iddat ke andar Ruju nahi Kiya to yahi Ruju'i Talaaq Talaaq e Baa'in ho jayegi , Ab Ruju Ka Haq nahi rehta , Haa'n agar dono fir Miya Bivi banna chahte hai'n to Aapas ki Razamandi se dobara Nikaah Kar sakte hai'n,

"__ Chahiye to yahi k zarurat ke andar Sirf ek Talaaq se kaam chalaya Jaye ,Agar Talaaq ke Baad Pachhtawa ho to iddat ke andar Ruju karne Ka Haq baqi hone ki vajah se Shohar Ruju Kar sakega aur Agar Jaldi Hosh na aaya aur iddat guzar gayi to Aapas mai dobara Nikaah ho sakega ,

┱_ *Shari'at ki Asaani _,* _ Shari'at ne kitni Asaani rakhi Hai , Avval to Talaaq dene hi se Mana farmaya fir agar Talaaq dena zaruri ho to Aurat ki paaki ke Zamane mai Ek Talaaq de ,isse Gussa thanda hone aur sochne samajhne Ka khoob achchhi tarah moqa Mil Jata Hai ,Agar kisi ne Saaf Lafzo mai Ek Saath Do Talaaq de di to bhi Ruju'i hogi ,aur agar gair haamla Aurat ko paaki ke Zamane mai Ek Talaaq Saaf Lafzo mai di aur Ruju na kiya aur uske baad Jo paaki Ka zamana aaye usme ek Talaaq aur de di to wo Doosri Talaaq bhi Ruju'i hogi aur iska hukm bhi wo hoga Jo Pehli Talaaq Ka Tha ,

"__ Fir agar Teesri baar Teesri paaki ke Zamane mai Ek aur Talaaq de di to Talaaq e Muglazah hogi ,iddate Talaaq Teen Haiz Hai aur Haiz na aata ho ( Bachpan ya Budhape ki vajah se) to iddat Teen maah Hai aur Haamla ho to Hamal Khatm hone  per iddat Khatm hogi ,iddat ke andar andar Jo Talaaqe Shohar dega Waq'a hoti rehegi ,

*┱✿ Ek Waqt Mai Teen Talaaq _,*

┱ Log Apni Jaan per bhi Zyadti karte hai'n k ek Saath Teen Talaaq ki Teeno Goliya'n Chhod dete hai'n , Shari'at Talaaq hi ki mukhalif Hai fir wo ek Saath teeno Talaaq dene ki kese ijazat de sakti Hai ,fir bhi agar Koi Shakhs ek Saath Teen Talaaq de hi de to Teeno Talaaqe Waq'a ho jati hai ,

┱ Isi tarah agar Koi Shakhs iddat guzarne se pehle mukhalif Awqaat mai teen Talaaqe de de ya har paaki ke Zamane mai Ek Talaaq diya Kare to is tarah se Teen Talaaqe Waq'a ho jati hai ,

"__ Teen Talaaqo ke Baad Ruju Ka Haq nahi rehta ,balki Aapas ki Razamandi se dobara Nikaah bhi nahi ho Sakta , Teen Talaaq pane wali Aurar Talaaq dene wale Shohar ke Nikaah mai dobara Usi soorat mai ja sakti Hai k iddat guzaar Kar kisi doosre Musalman se uska Nikaah ho ,Fir wo usse Miya Bivi Wala Kaam karne ke Baad Talaaq de de ya Mar Jaye ,iske baad iddat guzaar Kar pehle Shohar se Nikaah ho Sakta Hai , isko " Halala " kehte hai'n, 

*┱  Teen Talaaq ke bare mai Chaaro Imaamo Ka Mazhab_,*___ Baaz log ye samajhte hai'n k Ek Saath Teen Talaaqe dene se ek hi Talaaq maani jati hai aur Ruju Ka Haq baqi rehta Hai aur ise Hazrat imaam Shafa'i Reh. Ka mazhab batate hai'n ,Ye bilkul Galat Hai , Chaaro Imaamo Ka mazhab ye Hai k ek majlis mai Teen Talaaqe de ya Alag Alag Kar ke har paaki ke Zamane mai Ek Talaaq de ,Bahar haal Teeno Talaaqe Waq'a ho jati hai aur Ruju Ka Haq Khatm ho jata hai aur iske baad bager Halala ke Aapas mai dono Ka Nikaah nahi ho Sakta _,"

*┱ Faayda_,* _ Ek ya do Ruju'i Talaaq de Kar agar iddat ke andar Ruju Ka liya to is tarah se Bivi bana Kar rakhna to Jaa'iz ho jayega Magar Talaaq Khatm na hogi Kyunki agar Kabhi ek ke Baad do Talaaqe aur de di ya do ke Baad ek Talaaq aur de di to Pehli Talaaq hisaab mai lag Kar Teeno Talaaqe mil Kar Muglazah Talaaq ho jayegi aur Jo Teen Talaaqo Ka hukm Hai Wahi laagu ho jayega , Khoob Samajh Lena chahiye, Wallahu Aalam ,

Ki ( Saabqa ) Bivi Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke Paas aayi aur Arz Kiya - Mai'n ( Pehle )Rifa'a ke paas thi ( Yani Unke Nikaah mai thi ) unhone mujhe Pakki Talaaq de di ( Yani Teen Talaaqe de kar juda Kar di ,Unki iddat guzarne ke Baad) Maine Abdur Rahman bin Zuber Raziyallahu Anhu se Nikaah kiya ( Unko izdewazi huqooq ada karne ke qabil nahi paya ) Unke paas esi Cheez Hai Jese Kapde Ka pallu ,

Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne mazkura Khatoon ki Baat sun Kar farmaya- Kya tum ye chahti ho k ( usse Talaaq le kar iddat guzarne ke Baad ) Rifa'a se dobara Nikaah Kar lu ?

Unhone arz Kiya- Ji Haa'n , Mai'n yahi chahti hu'n ,

Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya - nahi ( esa nahi ho Sakta , Rifa'a ke Nikaah mai Jane Ka Koi Raasta nahi ) Jab Tak Tum is Doosre Shohar se thodi lazzat haasil na Kar lo aur wo tumse thodi lazzat haasil na Kar le _,"

Saabit bin Qais Raziyallahu Anhu Jo mere Shohar hai'n Mujhe Unki aadat v Khaslat aur Deendari ke bare mai Koi naraazgi nahi Hai,

( Kyunki wo Deendaar bhi hai'n aur Akhlaaq bhi Achchhe hai'n ,is Sab  ke bavjood Meri Tabiyat Ka unse Jod nahi khata aur Unke Saath rehne ko ji nahi chahta ,is Soorat mai agar Mai'n Unke Saath rahu to Unke Huqooq zaaya hone Ka Andesha Hai ,Ek Achchhe Aadmi ke Saath rahu aur Wo akhrajaat bardasht Kare aur uske huqooq ki na ho ye na-Shukri ki Baat Hai )

┱_ Lekin agar Shohar is Baat per raazi na ho to Aurat ko ye Akhtyar Diya gaya Hai k Wo Shohar ko kuchh maali mu'awza Pesh Kar ke usse Talaaq haasil kar le , Umuman is garz ke liye Aurat Mahar maaf kar deti Hai aur Shohar use qubool Kar ke Aurat ko azaad Kar deta Hai ,iske Liye Shari'at e islami mai Jo Khaas tareeqa muqarrar Hai use Khula'a kaha Jata Hai ,Nikaah aur Doosre Shara'i mamlaat ki tarah Khul'aa bhi ijaab v qubool ke zariye Anjaam paya Jata Hai , Lekin agar zyadti Mard ki taraf se ho to Fuqha Ka is per ittefaaq Hai k Shohar ke liye Mu'awza Lena Jaa'iz nahi , use chahiye k Mu'awza ke bager Aurat ko Talaaq de de ,Esi Soorat mai agar Mard Mu'awza Lega to gunahgaar hoga ,

┱_ Agar Koi Aurat Maal ke badle mai Talaaq maange to Shohar per Waajib nahi k uski Baat qubool kare , Yaha ye Baat qabile zikr Hai k Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Hazrat Saabit bin Qais Raziyallahu Anhu ko Baag qubool Kar ke Ek Talaaq dene ko farmaya , Maal ke badle Jo Talaaq di Jaye wo Baa'in hoti Hai ,Chahe ek ho ya do ho , Shara'i Lafzo mai Baa'in Talaaq Ke Baad agar Fir Aapas mai Sulah ho Jaye to Aapas mai dobara Nikaah Kar sakte hai'n, Teen Talaaq dene ke Baad Halaala ke bager dobara Nikaah bhi nahi ho Sakta ,isliye Teen Talaaq se Mana farmaya aur Maal le kar Talaaq di Jaye to Wo Ruju'i isliye nahi hoti k agar Shohar Ruju Kar lega to Aurat ki Jaan na chhotegi aur uska Maal zaaya jayega ,

"__Mard Aurat Ka Sawal Jawab  dono ek hi Majlis mai hone chahiye , Agar Aurat ne Apni Baat Kahi aur Mard ke jawab dene se pehle dono mai se koi Waha'n se uth gaya to Baat Khatm ho gayi ,Ab agar Mard Kahe k Talaaq deta hu'n to Talaaq ho jayegi Magar Aurat per kuchh ( Dena ) Waajib nahi hoga ,Aur Qanoon Talaaq Ke mutabiq Saaf Lafzo mai ek ya do Talaaq dega to Ruju Ka Haq hoga aur Teen Talaaqe dega to Muglazah Talaaq ho jayegi, Ye Tafseel is Soorat mai Hai jabki Aurat ne pehle peshkash ki ho ,

*┱_ Masla-2* _ Aur agar Mard ne Baat kehne mai Pesh qadmi ki aur usne kaha k Maine tujhse itni raqam per ya Mahar ki evaz Khula'a kiya aur Aurat ne kaha k Maine qubool kiya to Khula'a ho gaya , Jo Talaaqe Baa'in ke hukm mai hoga ,

"__Agar Aurat ne Usi jagah jawab nahi Diya aur Waha se uth khadi Hui iske baad manzoori di ya qubool hi nahi Kiya Maslan bilkul khamosh reh gayi Ya Mard ki pesh kash ko radd Kar diya to isse Koi Talaaq nahi hogi ,Aur agar Mard ki pesh Kash ke Baad Aurat Apni jagah bethi rahi aur Mard Apni Baat Keh Kar chalta bana aur Aurat ne uske uth Jane ke Baad qubool kiya tab bhi Khula'a ho gaya ,

*┱-Masla-3*_ Jab Mard ne kaha k Maine tujhse Khula'a kiya ,Aurat ne kaha k Maine qubool kiya, Rupiya Paisa ya Mahar ki waapsi Ka ya baqiya Mahar ko evaz mai lagane Ka Koi zikr na hua tab bhi Jo Maali Haq Mard Ka Aurat per Hai ya Aurat Ka Maali Haq Mard per ho Sab maaf ho gaya ,

"__Albatta agar Aurat poora Mahar pa chuki Hai to is Soorat mai uska waapas Karna Waajib nahi ,Albatta iddat Khatm hone ke Tak Naan Nafqa aur Rehne ka Makaan Aurat ke liye Dena Shohar per Laazim hoga , Haa'n agar Aurat ne is Sakhawat se kaam liya k Jaan chhudane ke liye ye bhi Keh Diya k Mujhse Khula'a Kar le Roti Kapda bhi iddat ke Dino mai tujhse na lungi ,to wo maaf ho gaya ,

*┱ Masla-4 _* Agar Mahaz Raqam ki evaz Khula'a kiya ,Maslan Yu kaha k Hazaaro Rupiye ke evaz mai Khula'a karta hu'n aur Aurat ne qubool kiya to ye Hazaaro Rupiye Aurat per Waajib ho gaye , Chahe isse pehle Apna Mahar let chuki ho ya abhi vasool Karna baqi ho , Agar abhi Mahar na liya ho wo na milega Kyunki Khula'a ki vajah se maaf ho gaya aur Aurat per Laazim hoga k Shohar ko Tay Shuda Hazaar Rupiye ada kare ,

*┱ Masla-6_* Agar Mard ne zabardasti maar peet Kar Aurat ko Khula'a Karne per Majboor Kar diya aur uski Zubaan se Khula'a karne Ka lafz kehalwa liya ya likhe hue Khula'a Naame per Angutha lagwa liya ya Dastkhat karwa liye aur kaha k Khula'a karta hu'n, To isse Talaaq Waq'a ho jayegi Lekin Aurat per Maal Waajib nahi hoga ,Aur na Uska Koi Haq maaf hi hoga, Agar Mahar baqi Hai to Shohar per uska ada Karna Waajib rahega,

*┱ Masla -7_* Agar kisi Shohar ne Aurat ki jaanib se Kaagaz likh liya k Maine Mahar ya Apne digar huqooq ke evaz mai Talaaq Lena manzoor Kar liya aur use dikhaye bager kuchh aur Baat samjha Kar Dastkhat karwa liye ya Angutha lagwa liya to kuchh maaf nahi hoga ,

"__ Albatta agar Shohar ne kaha k Maine Talaaq de di ya Khula'a kiya Hai , to Talaaq Waq'a ho jayegi, Agar Shohar ne Court mai Kaagaz pesh Kar ke Duniya wale Haakimo ke Yaha maafi Ka faisla karwa liya to wo motbar nahi hoga Aur Qayamat ke Din Jab Roze Jaza ke waqt jab Allah Ta'ala ke saamne peshi hogi to us Maal ke badle Nekiya'n deni hogi ya Aurat ke gunaah Apne sar per lene honge ,

┱ Ye Sab Tafsilaat humne ye batane ke liye likhi hai'n k Khula'a dono ke darmiyan Tay hone Wala Maamla Hai , Koi ek Fareeq khud se faisla nahi kar Sakta ,

"__Baaz martaba Shohar Tak Samman pahunchta bhi nahi ya Wo Adalat mai haazir hota Hai aur Bivi ko Bivi ki tarah Adaygi ke huqooq ke Saath rakhna chahta Hai fir bhi Baaz Judge Nikaah Fiskh Ka faisla de dete hai'n ,aur Aurat ki napasandi hi ko  Khula'a Ka Haq istemal karne ki daleel bana Kar Judaai Ka faisla dete hai'n ,Ye Tareeqa Duniya ke Hukaamo ke qanoon se chahe Jod khata ho Magar Shari'at ke bilkul khilaf Hai, Ye na to Shara'i Khula'a Hai ( Kyunki faisla Mard ki marzi ke bager Diya Jata Hai ) aur na is tarah Fiskh Kar dene se Nikaah Fiskh hota Hai , Aur ese Faisle ke Baad doosre Mard se Nikaah Karna Durust nahi hota , *( Khoob Samajh lijiye )*

┱ Baaz Halaat mai Muslim Haakim ko Nikaah Fiskh Kar dene Ka Haq Hai ,Magar makhsoos Asbaab aur Makhsoos Tareeqe ke bager Nikaah Fiskh Kar dene se Nikaah Fiskh nahi ho Sakta ,

5- Gair Mafqood hona ya Gaayab hona Yani Jiski Zindagi Ka ilm to Hai Magar pata nahi k kaha'n Hai ,

┱ _Rivayat Hai k Sahabiya Subi'a Raziyallahu Anha Ke Batan se Unki Shohar ki wafaat ke Chand Din ke baad Bachcha paida ho gaya ,Wo Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki khidmat mai haazir Hui aur ( Chunki Wiladat hone ki vajah se iddat Khatm ho chuki thi) isliye unhone kisi doosre Mard se Nikaah ki ijazat chaahi , Chunache Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne ijazat de di aur unhone Nikaah Kar liya _,*

┱_ Jab Koi Mard Apni Bivi ko Talaaq de de ya Mar Jaye to Aurat per iddat guzaarna Laazim Hota Hai, Yani Shari'at ke usool ke mutabiq makhsoos v muqarrar ayyaam guzar Jane Tak kisi doosre Mard se Nikaah karne ki ijazat nahi hoti aur iske alawa bhi iddat ke dauran kuchh aur Pabandiya'n aa'id ( Lagu ) ho jati hai ,

┱_ Jab Kisi Aurat ko Talaaq ho Jaye to dekha jayega k ye Shohar ke yaha'n gayi Hai ya nahi gayi Hai ,Agar Shohar ke yaha'n nahi gayi Yani Miya Bivi mai yakjaa'i nahi Hui aur Sirf Nikaah ke Baad Talaaq ho gayi to Esi Aurat per Koi iddat Laazim nahi ,Jesa k Qur'an e Paak mai ishara Hai --

"__ Ey imaan Walo Jab Musalman Aurto'n se Nikaah Karo Fir Tum unko qabl ( pehle ) haath lagane ke Talaaq de do to Tumhare liye un per Koi iddat nahi Jisko tum shumaar karne Lago to unko kuchh mata'a de do aur khoobi ke Saath unko rukhsat Kar do _," *( Tarjuma- Surah Al Ahzaab)* 

┱_ Aur Nikaah ke Baad Miya Bivi mai yakjaa'i ho chuki Hai to dekha jayega k Aurat ko Hamal Hai ya nahi , Agar Aurat ko Hamal ho to uski iddat Waz'a Hamal per hogi Yani jab tak Bachcha Paida na ho Jaye us Waqt Tak iddat mai rahegi,  Chahe ek Din Baad Bachcha Ho jaye ,Chahe Mahine lag Jaye ya Saal ya isse bhi zyada lag Jaye , (Yaad rahe Shari'at mai iddat ki muddat zyada se zyada do saal Hai ) ,

"_Aur agar Hamal na ho to uski iddat ye Hai k Teen Maahwari guzar Jaye ,iske Liye Koi muddat muqarrar nahi Hai , Jitne Din mai Teen Haiz guzre utne Din iddat Hai , *- iddat Ka madaar Hamal hone ki Soorat mai Waz'a Hamal per aur Hamal na hone ki Soorat mai Teen Haiz guzar jane per Hai ,*

*┱ Masla_* Agar Kisi Ko esi Haalat mai Talaaq Hui k use ab Tak Haiz nahi aaya ya zyada Umar hone ki vajah se Haiz aana band ho gaya to uski iddat Teen Maah Hai ,Ye Teen Maah Chaand Ke Hisaab se Shumaar honge , Qur'an e Paak mai Surah Baqrah aur Surah Talaaq mai Masla Bayan farmaya Hai,

┱_ Ab rahi Wo Aurat Jiska Shohar wafaat pa chuka ho uski iddat mai ye Tafseel Hai k agar wo Hamal se hai to jab bhi Waz'a Hamal ho Jaye us Waqt uski iddat khatm ho jayegi ,Agarche Shohar ki wafaat ke do Chaar hi guzre ho ,ya isse bhi Kam Waqt guzra ho , Aur agar Hamal ki muddat bad Jaye to uske baqadar iddat ke ayyaam bad jayenge aur agar ye iddat Hamal se nahi Hai to uski iddat Chaand ke aitbaar se Chaar Mahine Das Din Hai ,Haiz aata ho ya na aata ho ,

┱ _ Aulaad ki Parwarish ke liye Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne ye zaabta batlaya Hai k Bachcho ki Maa'n Parwarish ki zyada mustahiq Hai Basharte k kisi Shakhs se Nikaah na Kare, Hadees ki Sharah likhne wale Ulmao ne bataya Hai k agar Aurat bilkul kisi se Nikaah na Kare to Haq Parwarish milega aur agar kisi ese Shakhs se Nikaah Kar le Jo Bachche Ka Mahram ho Maslan Bachche Ka chacha ho tab bhi Maa'n Ka Haq Parwarish saaqit na hoga , Kyunki Bachche Ka Mahram khud usko pyaar Muhabbat se rakhega aur uske Nikaah mai Jane ke Baad Bachche ki Maa'n uski dekh bhaal mai lagegi to naye Shohar ko naqawari na hogi ,

┱ _2- Agar Talaaq Ke Baad iddat guzar gayi to Bachche ki Maa'n ko uske Baap se Doodh pilane ki ujrat talab karne Ka haq Hai aur is Soorat mai Baap ke Liye Jaa'iz nahi k wo yu'n Kahe k jab ujrat dena hi Hai to Mai'n kisi doosri Aurat se ujrat per doodh pila lunga ,( Chunki Jo Shafqat Maa'n ko ho sakti Hai Doosri Aurat ko nahi ho sakti ) , Haa'n agar Doosri Aurat Maa'n se kam ujrat per raazi ho to Maa'n ko ye Haq haasil na hoga k Bachche ko khud doodh pila de aur ujrat zyada le , Albatta Maa'n ko itna Haq Hai k doodh pilane wali Aurat ko apne paas rakhe Taki Bachche se Judaai na ho aur agar Maa'n doodh pilane per razamand ho Lekin uska doodh Bachche ke liye muzir ho to Doosri Aurat se Doodh pilwa Sakta Hai,

┱_3-- Agar Maa'n Kahe k Mai'n ise doodh nahi pilati to use Majboor nahi Kiya ja sakta Haa'n agar Bachcha kisi aur Aurat Ka doodh qubool hi na Kare to Maa'n per Waajib Hai k use doodh pilaye,

┱_4-- Jo Maa'n Badkaar ho Jiske fisq v fijoor Ka Asar Bachche per padh Sakta ho to Bachche ko jab tak samajh na aaye usko Maa'n ke paas rakha ja sakta Hai, uske Baad usse le liya jayega aur agar Koi Maa'n Esi Hai k Bachche ko Chhod kar Aksar Awqaat baahar rehti hai aur Bachche ki dekh bhaal nahi karti Jisse uske zaay hone Ka khatra hai to is Soorat mai use Haq Parwarish nahi diya jayega,

┱_5-- Agar Bachche ki Maa'n Mar Jaye ya Haq Parwarish istemal na Kare Yani parwarish ke liye inkaar Kar de ya kisi vajah se uska Haq Parwarish saaqit ho Jaye to is Soorat mai Parwarish Ka Haq Naani ko pahunchta Hai , Agar Naani na ho ya mojood to ho Lekin Parwarish se inkaar kar de to Daadi ko aur uske baad Baap Shareek Behno ko aur agar in me se Koi na ho ya Haq Parwarish istemal karne se inkaar Kare to fir Khaala ko aur uske baad Foofi ko Haq Parwarish milega ,Wo bhi na ho ya Haq Parwarish istemal na Kare to Maa'n ki Khaala ,fir Baap ki Khaala ko Haq pahunchega , Yaad rahe k Bachcha Chahe kisi ki bhi Parwarish mai rahe Bachche ka kharch Baap ke zimme honge ,

┱_6--Bachche ke rishtedaro mai agar Koi Aurat Parwarish ke liye na mile to ab Baap uski Parwarish Karne ka mustahiq hai ,Wo bhi na ho to Fir Daada ,Fir Pardaada , in me se Koi na ho to Sage Bhai ko fir Baap Shareek Bhai Jo Haq pahunchta Hai, wo bhi na ho to Jab kabhi esa waqi'a pesh aaye to Mo'atbar Aalimo se maloom kar liya Jaye ,

┱_7-- Jise Bachche ki Parwarish Ka Haq pahunchta Hai use Ladke ko Saat saal ki Umar ho Jane Tak aur Ladki ko 9 ( No ) Saal ki Umar ho Jane Tak Parwarish Ka Haq milega Yani itni muddat Tak Apne paas rakh Kar Parwarish karne Ka haq Hai,
